Whale Shark Tours |Cebu whale sharks can be seen all year round. Gather offshore about 100m away from the coastline. Take a small boat offshore, snorkel, dive, or watch from the boat. Children can also enjoy. Options include Sumilon Island, Kawasan Falls and Pescador Island Sea Turtle.
The Oslob whale shark has been closed from March 15 due to corona related issues. The period is unknown, and will be announced as soon as there is a report of the scheduled opening date.

Oslob, whale shark is seen from the sight of the world’s people, the cebu drives about 3 hours, whale shark can be seen from AM6 to 12. The average is 12 a day, 100% throughout the year. whale sharks appearing in the drive.
Whale sharks are visible during good weather and clear water before the water temperature goes up, but when the water is rough and muddy, the sharks are not coming for feeding.Swimming with the whale sharks is so amazing and there are rules implemented by the government as follows; not approach near than 5 meters, use camera without flash, feeding is not allowed, application of body lotion is prohibited, etc.

Snorkeling Diving Discovery Diving

Recommended time of watching is from 6:00~9:00 AM, after which, chances of viewing is very slim.
Oslob Whale Shark Sanctuary services includes boat ride with 2 – 3 crews as guide and watchers
with 30 minutes per session per group. Entrance fee 100. 500 for watching, Snorkeling 1,000, Diving 1,500, Additional session ( for 30 minutes ) at P1,000.00+100 per person
for snorkeling, P1,500.00+100 per person for diving(for 45 minutes) in which the snorkelers or divers should go back to the shore to get the required tickets for the next session.
Itinerary:
* Pickup at 3:30 am for Mactan Island Area, 4:00 am for Cebu and Mandaue City Area.
* Arrival at Oslob at 6:30 to 7:00 am. Take breakfast at Oslob beach resort.
* After breakfast board the boat for the 30 minutes session for the whale shark encounter
* After taking shower depart back to the City at around 8:00 to 9:00 am with 11:30 am to 12:00 pm arrival at the hotel.
** With additional Sumilon Island snorkeling or diving, depart in Oslob on board the boat at around 8:00 to 8:30am with 10 to 15 minutes travel. Enjoy the marine sanctuary.
** After lunch depart in Sumilon Island back to Oslob at around 12:30 pm.
** Depart in Oslob at around 1:00 pm back to the City with 3:30 to 4:00 pm arrival at the hotel.

*Recently ( November 2017 ) the Olsob Tourism Office passed a memorandum that all discovery diving with the whale sharks ( beginners ) are required to have 1 dive master each diver.
For such ruling, each discovery diver has to add P550.00 per diver. Our standard rates is for 2 divers with 1 dive master and it will only be applicable with the Licensed divers or fun dives and for Sumilon diving.
