* How to book?
Reservation and Status Fill up the reservation page and all the necessary entries and send it. We will reply you the booking address thru our company site and please check all the entries whether all are correctly stated and kindly reconfirm it for us to finalize your reservation. In addition, the map of the Company, Tide Table, etc. and other links are also available.

* Timing of reservation?
It’s advisable to make reservation as early as six months before your trip particularly during peak season.
Reservation on the same day will be accepted provided that there’s still boat available and the trip will start after 2 hours from the booking was made. But for diving trip reservation should be made one day before the desired trip for the arrangement of the dive master.
* For hotel round trip transfers to our shop?
Mactan Island Hotel Guests:
For Mactan Island Hotels Pick Up service: Pick up and drop off for Mactan Resort Hotels is Free except for Punta Engano, Cordova,Mactan City Hotels, Mactan Airport arrival Area or Waterfront hotel airport Pickup, in which Drop Off is at the guests own expense since it’s quiet far from our shop. Pick up is at the Lobby but some hotels will not allow any Car or Pick up Service to stay longer near the hotel entrance, so please stay around the lobby or waiting area entrance and bring you over to the parking area.
Cebu City Hotel Guests:
For Cebu City Hotels Guests Pick Up Service: We will arrange a taxi for 1~4 persons for free with charges up to P300, in excess of 300 will be charge to the Guests and 2 taxi or Van for 5~7 persons for free with charges up to 600,in excess of 600 will be charged to the Guest. Drop off back to your Hotel at your trip with us Hotels will not allow Taxis or Cars to stop over at the hotel entrance and look for the guests inside the lobby. Please stay around the lobby entrance so that the driver can pick you up immediately.

* How to ride a taxi?
Estimated one way fare trip from Cebu City is P300, from Mandaue City is P200 plus by taxi meter, but sometimes some taxi drivers will refuse to use by meter, so try to negotiate by adding P50 from the total amount shown in the taxi meter with the agreement of
the driver. Please don’t tell the driver your purpose in coming over to Mactan since some of them will bring you to other shops for the driver to get commission.
*Currency exchange?
Currency exchange is available at the arrival area at the Cebu Airport, bank rate or hotel rate is lower. However it’s advisable to change or get pesos even a small amount. For the tour on the next day upon your arrival, money exchange is available on the way to our shop and our attendant is very much willing to assist you. For good rate Money Changer in Ayala and SM Malls are available.
* Payment method?
With respect of the international travelers Payments could be on the day of the trip in Pesos Cash before the tour will start. For Philippine Residents 50% partial payment to be deposited in our bank and 50% balance on the day of the trip.
* Whether diving and snorkeling activity can be combined?
Within the group with diving and snorkeling activity can go together in one boat. Whether its discovery or fun diving or snorkeling, diving and snorkeling sites are the same which are marine sanctuaries with depth depends on your activity. Please see the island hopping package page for more details.
*Time of pick-up?
Usual time of pick up is 9am but you can choose your desired time at your convenience.
*Time frame of the trip?
Each tour package has time frame for guideline only but if you want to go back to your hotel earlier it could be adjusted, depends only on how long you will stay in the water.
*Inclusions of each trip?
Everything needed on the trip are already included without extra charges except in Nalusuan island with a resort in which they will not allow to bring any drinks inside the island and if you want some drinks at your own expense. Bottled water and soft drinks are provided on boat only. For more details of the inclusions of each trip, please see our tour packages.
*BBQ menu?
Per person is one each of pork chop or bbq, chicken leg, fish, squid, prawn and crab ( depends on the availability in the market ) with rice and 2 kinds of fruit for executive package and for standard package without prawn and crab. Vegetarian diet is also available, needs your advice.
*Diving Equipment inclusions?
Full set of tank with regulator, BCD, mask, fins, snorkel, wet suit, shoes, weights, among others.
*Is Life Vest included?
Life vest is a must on board and can be used also during snorkeling.
*Toilet on boat?
Toilet is available on the boat and it flows directly to the sea. Please refrain from using when it’s on anchored, only during travelling. But if it’s really necessary kindly inform the boat captain to move to another place to anchor.
*Extended period of the trip?
You can enjoy the trip without time limit until you’re satisfied. For trips without lunch, it should be taken in the morning or afternoon session.
*Dress Code?
Although there is no particular attire as long as you’re comfortable with swim wear on. After the trip shower facilities is also available in our shop.
* Weather Changes?
Typhoon or bad weather occurrence during the day of the trip, we will call to your hotel to cancel it but ordinary rain is fine in this tropical country.
* Cancellation fee?
Cancellation after 3PM on the DAY before the Reserved Date, 40% from the total amount will apply. * Before 3PM on the DAY before the Reserved Date, free of charge.
* Exception: Bad Weather Condition (ordinary rain is fine )
In case of cancellation, all of the preparations and arrangements made will be a huge loss such as
the boat reserved, the car chartered in Cebu City transfers, crews, dive master, meals, etc.
*Oslob whale shark tour?
Whale sharks are 100% visible throughout the year. Recommended time of watching is from 6am
onwards but before 11am. Oslob is 3-4 hrs drive away in southern part of Cebu, depends on the traffic jam along the way. Pick up time at 3:30am in Mactan Island Area, 4am in Cebu and Mandaue City Area.
Kindly provide the body weight, height and gender for the wetsuits or rash guards.
* Is it possible to book for one person only?
It’s very possible with discounted rate for 2 persons with exclusive boat, not share with the other groups, with dive master for diving trip. For Maribago shore dive, the rate is for one person only since it’s not using a boat and without hotel transfer to our shop.
*Company Policy on Insurance Coverage: Quality Service is our business, but Marine Sports activities are not covered by Philippine Insurance Co., therefore it’s recommend to get insurance coverage in your country, if you can’t, we can assist you here thru online travel insurance services at your cost.
